1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or shopping at TheBandLab (thebandlab.shop), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

2. Curated Product Standards & Sourcing Accuracy

  • Quality Curation: TheBandLab is a curated retail platform. We carefully select, vet, and source our high-quality watch straps and accessories from trusted third-party manufacturers and suppliers. We do not directly manufacture the items sold on our store.
  • Accuracy of Specifications: While we make every effort to verify and accurately present all product descriptions, sizing, compatibility guides, and imagery provided by our suppliers, minor variations in color, material texture, or natural patina can occur. All technical specifications are based on data provided by our suppliers and may be updated without prior notice 

3. Orders, Pricing & Payments

  • Order Acceptance: All orders placed through the website are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order for any reason, including stock discrepancies from our suppliers, limitations on available quantities, or clear errors in pricing/product descriptions.
  • Pricing: Prices are displayed in the currency selected at checkout (e.g., USD or local currency) and are subject to change without notice.
  • Foreign Transaction & Exchange Fees: If you are purchasing from outside our standard billing zones, your bank or credit card issuer may apply currency conversion or foreign transaction fees. TheBandLab is not responsible for these additional bank charges.
  • Payment Security: All financial transactions are processed securely through authorized, PCI-compliant third-party payment gateways. TheBandLab does not store or have direct access to your complete payment details.

4. Third-Party Global Fulfillment & Customs

  • 3PL Logistics: While TheBandLab is headquartered and registered in the United Arab Emirates (U.A.E.), our inventory is housed and dispatched internationally directly by third-party logistics (3PL) centers and vendors located outside of the UAE.
  • Import Duties & Customs: Because orders are shipped internationally from our third-party global hubs directly to your destination country, the customer is considered the importer of record. You are solely responsible for any import duties, customs clearance fees, and local sales taxes levied by your country's customs authorities. These charges are not collected by us at checkout and must be paid by the recipient to release the package.
  • Shipping Delays: While we push orders to our logistics partners with high efficiency, listed transit times are estimates only. TheBandLab is not liable for international shipping delays caused by third-party courier performance, customs processing protocols, border inspections, or regional logistics disruptions.

5. Intellectual Property

All original content included on this website—including but not limited to text, brand copywriting, unique photography, custom graphics, logos, digital assets, and software—is the exclusive property of TheBandLab or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Use of our branding, including the signature [ ⊂⊃ ] THEBANDLAB mark, without our express written consent is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability & Third-Party Disclaimer

  • No Manufacturing Liability: Since TheBandLab does not manufacture any physical products, we make no independent warranties regarding product safety or manufacturing defects beyond the warranties provided by our third-party suppliers. To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, we disclaim any liability for design, engineering, or manufacturing flaws.
  • Device Safety: TheBandLab is not responsible or liable for any damage to your personal devices (including but not limited to Apple Watches, Garmin watches, WHOOP trackers, or traditional timepieces) resulting from the use, failure, or improper installation of sourced straps or connectors. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to verify that the band interface, spring bars, and connectors are securely locked to their device before use.

7. Governing Law

These terms and your use of this website shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates (U.A.E.) as applied in the Emirate of our business registration, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the U.A.E.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes your explicit agreement to the updated terms.
